Once email delivery has been activated and tested, when you press Send enquiry, your name, email, telephone number and event details are transmitted to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and emails it to Sharyan Catering. The website does not save a separate enquiry database. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days, including submissions awaiting activation. You may choose to contact us directly by WhatsApp or email instead. Please do not include guests’ names, medical histories or payment details.
Information you send is used to answer your questions, prepare a quote and discuss or arrange your requested service. The basis for handling booking enquiries is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Business correspondence may also be handled for legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and managing the business.
Direct form delivery uses FormSubmit (Devro LABS). Our business email is hosted by Microsoft. If you contact us through WhatsApp or your email app, those services process the information under their own privacy terms. Website hosting and external font providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when you visit. These providers may process information outside the UK under their own applicable safeguards and terms.
Enquiry information should be retained only while needed to respond, arrange the service and meet applicable record-keeping or dispute-handling obligations. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your enquiry.
